A Capture Page is the first page in the Sales Funnel which people see when they are interested in looking at that offer. It is where the offer is advertised and it entices people to go to the next stage in the Sales Funnel. People are bought to a Capture Page because they have clicked on a link somewhere, such as a blog, article, on a social media platform, an advertisement somewhere or they have seen it in the form of a web form embedded on a website and they are interested in finding out more and possibly buying.
There are 3 Main Parts to a Capture Page
Part 1: The Hook
This is awesome writing that entices people to give their email address so they can find out more. The hook needs to give a problem or pain point and then suggest how this problem can be solved.
Part 2: Lead Magnet
This is something that people get in return for putting in their email address. It entices people to want to carry on in the sales process.
It can be in the form of a Free Something, like free coaching or training, PDF eg get this free PDF on 10 ways of xyz, video eg free video on 5 ways to loose weight, etc.
You can create this or get someone to create it for you.
Part 3: Call To Action
A Call To Action or CTA is the instructions of what to do next.
When someone is interested in your offer they will put in their details such as name, email address, phone number and there are spaces to do so.Then there is a box to tell the person what to do next. The instructions could be Click Here For Instant Access, Sign Up, Let Me In or a wide range of other options related to the offer at hand.
